SOUTH TUCSON (El Independiente)- Meg Cota pulls off the main street of South Tucson and into the quiet haven of the neighborhood surrounding her school, Mission View Elementary. It’s dark still, with the sun just now peaking over the Rincon Mountains. She passes the new playground she helped establish and dedicate last year, mists of dew gleaming on the monkey bars.
